We are looking for an expert Leasing Consultant to join our community.
The ideal Leasing Consultant will bring superstar experience, reliability, good judgment, good communication skills, both written and verbal, outstanding customer service as well as the ability to work without direct supervision.

- Do you work well being a vital part of a cooperative team? Ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees, and vendors is key to success.
- The Leasing Consultant provides functional support for the Property Manager and Maintenance Teams and is capable of working independently in the Managers absence.
- CAM, ARM or NALP certificates helpful.
- Knowledge of RealPage software is helpful.
- Savvy social media skills are helpful.
- Must possess a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
