Key Responsibilities of the Leasing Agent:

- Show & Shine: Conduct engaging property tours to highlight the best of what we have to offer.
- Resident Relations: Build strong relationships with our current residents, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintenance Coordination: Efficiently handle and follow up on work order requests to keep the community running smoothly.
- Be the Voice: Answer phones professionally and provide accurate information to callers.
- Team Player: Support the property manager with administrative tasks and collaborate with the team to foster a thriving community.
Leasing Agent should have:
- Strong LIHTC experience is a must!
- Previous experience in the multi-family industry preferred.
