Profile Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a strong consultative selling background and a leadership mindset. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EPM solution sales and a proven ability to establish and nurture senior-level relationships within enterprise sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders including C-suite professionals of different organizations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in selling Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) services, particularly within Anaplan-based solutions.
  • Own and drive the business plan, including financial targets, proposal submissions, revenue forecasts, and pipeline management.
  • Lead full-cycle sales efforts, from expanding existing client portfolios and renewing contracts to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned with client priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, industry heads, the Delivery COE team, and other growth leaders to ensure seamless lead generation and opportunity tracking.
  • Engage confidently with key decision-makers and influencers, demonstrating credibility and deep industry knowledge.
  • Provide strategic insights into industry trends, evolving business needs, and how Polestar’s solutions can drive value for clients.
  • Negotiate effectively with senior clients, articulating the value proposition of Polestar’s solutions to overcome objections and drive conversions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in client networking and C-suite engagement, with a track record of driving sales growth and post-sales consultation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and case study development, with the ability to speak at external forums.
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills to drive business growth.
