Let us describe the challenge we offer
The Offer and Incentives Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Polestar’s short- and long-term consumer offer. You will play a key role in delivering incentive programs for new vehicles and developing business cases to yield incremental sales and revenue. The Offer and Incentives Manager will develop competitive programs for leasing, retail financing, and other consumer facing offers. In this role you will establish partnerships with key internal stakeholders and vendors to drive additional demand for Polestar products through various initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Take lead in developing and managing incentives, pricing strategies and promotional offers across Polestars product lineup.
- Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor programs and activities and consumer demand to ensure offers remain competitive.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Financial Services, etc.) to deliver offer and incentive strategies.
- Manage the incentives budget in lock step with finance to ensure alignment with business goals and financial targets.
- Provide performance reporting on incentive and offers on a regular basis.
Who you are
- 5 years of relevant experience in a pricing, sales operations or finance role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field of study required.
- Automotive industry experience highly desirable.
- Thorough understanding of the automotive industry and financial services.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create actionable takeaways through data.
- Possess demonstrated experience in financial data analysis and modeling.
- Strong understanding of automotive captive finance programs, including leasing and retail financing.
- Ability to oversee planning process, partnerships, and business case preparation
- Excellent communicate skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization up to C-Suite Level.
- Thrives in a dynamic, quickly evolving work environment with a passion for electric vehicles and cleantech
