Note : This position is in the office 5 days a week. There is NO REMOTE option.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage client files from inception through trial. This position requires a proactive personality with organizational skills along with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Strong telephone communication skills are a must!
The ideal candidate will possess :
- High quality customer service experience and knowledge / understanding of personal injury law.
- Be detail oriented, comply with Best Practices and adhere to deadlines while consistently displaying proficiency in all verbal and written communications.
- Unparalleled organizational ability and effective time management.
- 2 years’ experience in a private firm.
- A paralegal certificate and / or bachelor’s degree.
In addition, the ideal candidate will also possess unquestioned integrity and discipline and is systems / procedures oriented, detailed oriented, motivated, a self-starter, has the ability to multi-task and is an excellent communicator (written and verbal).
