What You’ll Do:

Serve as the face and voice of Polk Mechanical to prospective skilled trades talent

Drive full-cycle recruiting for hard-to-fill field and supervisory roles

Build and maintain a pipeline of trade professionals by engaging with trade schools, industry associations, online platforms, and community partners

Use your relationship-building superpowers to convert passive talent into active applicants

Partner with field leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure the right talent joins the right team

Own the candidate experience from start to finish — ensuring every touchpoint is positive, personal, and aligned with Polk’s values

Collaborate with HR and marketing to develop engaging talent attraction strategies
What You Bring:

3 years of experience in recruiting skilled trades or equivalent roles

Proven success in sourcing and hiring in construction or industrial environments

A big personality with a high EQ and strong interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A sense of humor and passion for people

A love for fast-paced environments and the drive to make things happen
