SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM)
We're looking for a qualified Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team within our Arizona Office.
Under the direction of the Chief Sales Officer, the Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop and maintain data pipelines and create insightful visualizations.
What You'll Do
- Data Analysis and Insights :
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets.Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling and interactive dashboards.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.Develop executive level reports, dashboards and charts that show data in a context that allows decision makers to gain insights into the data and make informed business decisions.Data Modeling and ETL :Design and implement efficient data models and ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement data cleansing and validation procedures.Technical Skills :Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., dimensional modeling, star schema).Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).Programming skills in Python or R (preferred).Soft Skills :Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented and results-driven.Passion for data and a desire to learn new technologies.Other duties as assigned.What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.Proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions.Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.A valid Driver's License and clean driving record.Troubleshooting abilities.Effective in time management.Ability to objectively review information pertinent to position.Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner within a fast-paced environment.Ability to apply strong attention to detail and produce work with accuracy.Ability to work independently and self‐direct work, and in a team-oriented environment.Aptitude to learn new computer software.Ability to prioritize workflow, maintain schedules and follow up to meet deadlines.Ability to work well in a diverse environment.We are unable to sponsor or transfer visas.Who You Are
