Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and detail-oriented Estimator and Sales Representative to join our team, playing a critical role in project planning and execution, ensuring competitive and profitable bids.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to develop accurate and comprehensive estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare bid proposals and presentations to clients.
• Monitor and analyze project costs throughout the construction process to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction estimating, preferably in both residential and commercial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software (Hubspot).
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
