Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative and Estimator to join our team, responsible for developing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure precise estimates.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to secure competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare bid proposals and presentations to clients.
- Monitor and analyze project costs throughout the construction process to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and methods to maintain accurate estimating practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software (Hubspot).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
