Polsinelli seeks a candidate to immediately fill an Executive Administrative Assistant position supporting the Co-Chair for the Business Department in the Clayton/St. Louis office as well as three shareholders in the Business Department in the Health Care and Public Policy and Government Investigations practice groups. This is a 100% on-site role in our Clayton office.
Successful candidates for this position must possess 7 years relevant experience in a law firm. Previous experience supporting C-Level Executive, preferred. Responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports and budgeting; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
