Polsinelli is looking for a qualified Subscriber Relations Manager- Polsinelli Online Solutions, this role can be remote or hybrid (not looking to fill this role in the West Coast).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accomplish work with a positive mindset and client-centric service orientation in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Advanced customer focus and/or subscriber service skills
- Ability to take ownership for delivering customized projects with a degree of autonomy; adept at leading or supporting several projects simultaneously.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate all aspects of subscriber engagement related to Polsinelli Online Solutions including (but not limited to):
- Roadshows and other product demonstrations
- Subscriber onboarding and roll out
- First line response for inquiries and support for Polsinelli Online Solutions
- Serve as the point of contact for ensuring all questions, issues and concerns are routed to the correct parties and resolved
- Assist with selling this informational resource to prospective subscribers
- Communicate product goals and progress to internal and external firm clients
- Work directly with marketing and Polsinelli Online Solutions Business Development Specialist on logistics for subscriber specific training and events
- Support subscriber content requests with product management for Polsinelli Online Solutions
- Responsible for communications about Polsinelli Online Solutions to include managing questions, issues and concerns
- Assist with analysis of ROI on various events and activities
- Ability to effectively interface directly with clients and subscribers and potential clients and subscribers
- Ability to translate subscriber needs into actionable steps and/or product enhancement designs
- Ability to learn and work with new and/or developing technology and processes
- Ability to explain/translate technical capabilities and features of a technology to subscribers
- Must maintain a high degree of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage many incoming requests from many partners and colleagues
- Ensure all product initiatives align with Polsinelli missions and goals
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and be solution-focused
- Must be able to change directions quickly, transitioning between multiple projects throughout the day as workflow needs change, while responding with flexibility in an ever-changing landscape
- Other duties as assigned
Budgeted salary – based on experience - $85,000-$100,00, plus a bonus, if the employee meets sales goals.
