Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager at Poly Vinyl Co. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality assurance and control processes. Tasks include developing and implementing quality standards, conducting product inspections, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing, preferably in the plastic industry. Plastic Extrusion industry experience a plus.
- CQE (Certified Quality Engineer)/CQM (Certified Quality Manager), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt/Kaizen certification(s) or similar is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in quality tools and software (e.g., Minitab).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to suppliers, customers, or other company sites will be required.
