As a Revenue Operations Manager for PolyAI, you will be reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations who is located in the London, UK office. You will have a primary responsibility of improving and enhancing our Salesforce instance, as well as leading the charge to bring our Customer data into Salesforce. You will help us administrate our Revenue tech-stack, guiding us on best practices and enhancing our automations and integrations between the Revenue systems. You will be working alongside our existing Revenue Operations team to identify and deliver changes that will help our revenue teams get the most out of our systems.
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 salary bonus equity

As a Revenue Operations Manager for PolyAI, you will be reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations who is located in the London, UK office. You will have a primary responsibility of improving and enhancing our Salesforce instance, as well as leading the charge to bring our Customer data into Salesforce. You will help us administrate our Revenue tech-stack, guiding us on best practices and enhancing our automations and integrations between the Revenue systems. Salary: $100,000-$130,000 salary bonus equity
Requirements
- Technical owner of Salesforce, being the go-to person for any administrative and technical needs
- Be the technical lead on projects and updates as we refresh our Salesforce instance ready for the next stage of our growth
- Own Customer Success data as we centralise our CS processes and data into Salesforce (plus potential future expansion to a dedicated Customer Success platform)
- Help build out our reporting capabilities as it relates to the Customer Success team, including GRR, NRR, churn, retention, usage utilisation, and account health risk
- Support the work of the wider Revenue Operations team in working with integrated applications such as Juro, Outreach, Clari, ZoomInfo, Cognism, 6sense and Slack to help identify improvements
- Support with holding our revenue org to best-practices, data quality and building out Salesforce documentation
- Supporting Administration and wider Revenue Operations team as required
- Certified Salesforce administrator
- Additional certifications or experience being an administrator or power-user on Outreach, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Gong, Sales Nav, Seismic, Clari, future CLM/CSM tools would be a plus
- Strong general Salesforce knowledge and at least 12 months of Salesforce administration, especially related to flows, integrations and automations
- Experience working with customer data or a CSM tool, or supporting the work of a Customer Success team (Gainsight or Planhat preferred)
- A proactive attitude to changes and a bias for action
- A self-starter that is comfortable with competing priorities and with a hyper-growth mindset
