We're HIRING... a Project Manager!
More importantly, we’re on the search for an individual who can work independently while effectively managing maintenance and reliability projects. This person must be self-motivated, possess a find-a-way mindset, and leverage data-driven decision-making to drive improvements in equipment performance and maintenance operations.
This successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects that enhance equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, and operational efficiency. This includes managing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist management with the following tasks—
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to improve maintenance and reliability performance.
- Equipment & Asset Optimization: Work with the Reliability Engineer and Maintenance Manager to identify critical assets, analyze failure modes, and implement corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of reliability and maintenance projects.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Oversee the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase equipment lifespan.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize CMMS and other tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes, making data-driven recommendations.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure maintenance and reliability projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive root cause analysis (RCA), implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies, and support predictive maintenance programs.
- Inventory & Supplier Management: Maintain an organized inventory of critical spare parts and work with suppliers to ensure timely repairs and replacements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 years of project management experience in maintenance, reliability, or industrial environments.
- Experience working with maintenance teams, troubleshooting equipment, and implementing reliability strategies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of industrial maintenance principles, CMMS software, and reliability best practices.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, gearboxes, and pumps.
- Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Experience with root cause analysis (RCA), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
