We're HIRING... a Regrind Operator!
We’re searching for a detail-oriented and hardworking Regrind Operator to manage the reprocessing of plastic materials for reuse in our production lines. This individual will play a key role in ensuring material efficiency and minimizing waste in our plastic molding and recycling operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate regrind machines and equipment to process scrap plastic into reusable materials.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper size reduction and material quality.
- Sort, separate, and prepare plastic materials for regrinding.
- Maintain detailed records of regrind material usage and production data.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate a forklift to transport raw and processed materials as needed.
- Follow safety procedures to prevent contamination or hazards in the recycling process.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure regrind materials meet company specifications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED; additional technical certification or training in mechanical or electrical fields is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, construction, or related fields.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Understanding of plastic materials and recycling processes.
- Knowledge of grinding, shredding, and extrusion equipment.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for machine adjustments and minor repairs.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and track material flow.
- Experience operating a forklift to move materials within the facility.
- Awareness of safety protocols related to material handling and equipment operation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
