Position Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for greeting Polyglass visitors, handling incoming phone calls, and providing administrative support for the local facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support including but not limited to the following:
- Oversees the access into the building/front desk area for visitors and deliveries
- Greets all visitors and notifies the appropriate employee.
- Answers, handles and directs incoming phone calls.
- Manages and purchases office supplies
- Receives, sorts, and distributes all mail and packages
- Acts as a back-up to the Executive Administrative Assistant
- Maintains and updates all Corporate Conference Rooms reservations, including the scheduling calendars
- Assists Accounting and Finance department in assigned accounting tasks (open mail, follow up with vendor inquiries, review monthly statements, other tasks as assigned).
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience/proficiency using MS Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Minimum of 2-5 of work experience, preferably in Reception, in a fast-paced corporate work environment.
- Candidate must have consistent ability to be on-site 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday
- Experience using an Enterprise-wide system such as AS-400, D-365, SAP, etc., is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
