Job Description
Position Summary : The Receptionist is responsible for greeting Polyglass visitors, handling incoming phone calls, and providing administrative support for the local facility.
Responsibilities :
- Provides administrative support including but not limited to the following :
- Oversees the access into the building / front desk area for visitors and deliveries
- Greets all visitors and notifies the appropriate employee.
- Answers, handles and directs incoming phone calls.
- Manages and purchases office supplies
- Receives, sorts, and distributes all mail and packages
- Acts as a back-up to the Executive Administrative Assistant
- Maintains and updates all Corporate Conference Rooms reservations, including the scheduling calendars
- Assists Accounting and Finance department in assigned accounting tasks (open mail, follow up with vendor inquiries, review monthly statements, other tasks as assigned).
- Performs other duties as required.
