Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 13485 and HACCP guidelines.
- Perform vision inspections using advanced vision inspection systems to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Document inspection results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in the development of quality control procedures.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in QA/QC roles within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 13485 and HACCP standards.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines.
- Familiarity with vision inspection systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
