We are seeking a Maintenance Tech 1 with Electrical background to join our team at our facility in Rome, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong background in trouble shooting mechanical and electrical respairs in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and controls.
Identify and resolve mechanical issues in manufacturing equipment and machinery
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Strong electrical troubleshooting background
- Mechanical Repair and troubleshooting skills
- Must have the ability to road and interpret technical manual and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communications sklls and ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina and ability to left heavy objects
