Base Salary: $100,000–$170,000 (DOE) Monthly Bonus
Location: Remote (Northeast U.S.)
Are you a healthcare sales leader with strong hospital relationships and a passion for growth? POM Recoveries, Inc. is looking for a results-driven Regional Vice President of Business Development to lead our expansion in the Northeast region.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and drive business development across your Northeast territory
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within large acute care hospitals
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities in alignment with annual growth goals
- Represent POM Recoveries at HFMA events, industry trade shows, and client meetings
- Use CRM systems to track opportunities, client engagement, and sales metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Maintain visibility on market trends and competitor activity
This is a remote or onsite position with flexible travel based on events, meetings, and networking opportunities. If you're deeply connected in large acute care hospitals (400 beds) and actively involved in HFMA, we want to hear from you.
