General Function
The Integration Manager is the leader of Pomeroy’s centralized Integration services within the Modern Lifecycle Solutions Center. Tasked with both technical responsibilities and management authority, the Integration Manager is the primary POC and SME for the department to the business. The Integration Manager leads departmental associates while providing support to internal account teams, solution professionals, clients and leadership regarding current and future Integration activities. In addition, the Integration Manager is responsible for ensuring adequate production levels are maintained and quality outcomes are achieved with every order, every day.

- Report to work daily according to assigned schedule.
- Adhere to and enforce all security rules and regulations.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety regulations and ensure proper usage of safety equipment.
- Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures including but not limited to: HR policies, department procedures, etc....
- Respond to all e-mails and voicemails within 2 hours.
- Be the evangelist and business/technical SME for the Integration department.
- Maintain a high-performance environment.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, recognition, rewards, discipline, employee development, succession planning, and terminations.
- Conduct employee one-on-one meetings.
- Provide daily guidance to the department supervisor/lead and associates.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Keep abreast of both industry and technology changes which impact delivery within the Integration department.
- Willingness and ability to proactively engage with internal and client contacts for both existing account activities and during new deal pursuits involving the Integration line of service.
- Provide support for new deal solutions teams.
- Develop, track, monitor and execute against metrics and performance management ratings such as SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Develop and maintain process documentation in support of departmental tasks and activities.
- Promote and ensure high levels of departmental quality.
- Manage costs in alignment with contractual obligations and budget.
- Provide timely and accurate monthly cost allocations to assigned financial business analyst.
- Work closely with internal IT regarding issues with departmental technologies, IT systems or processes.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and/or clients related to potential and current Integration activities, changes, quality concerns, order issues, new business, etc....
- Ensure adequate levels of company/client provided supplies are maintained for use within the department.
- Assist leadership and peer group in planning, budget development, engagement activities, employee events, etc.
- Be a change advocate, with a willingness and ability to consistently adapt to a changing environment.
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent. College degree in an IT field of study is a plus.
- CompTIA A certification is preferred, with additional certifications in the following considered beneficial… Microsoft MTA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Cisco CCT/CNNP/CCNA, Google ITSPC, CompTIA ITF , etc.…
- Must provide evidence of 3 years of Supervisory/Management experience, preferably in an IT field.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Have a positive “can do” attitude with the ability to build a team and motivate associates.
- Possess the ability to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate I.T. issues. With basic to intermediate network troubleshooting considered to be highly beneficial.
- Strong familiarity with standard IT equipment including desktop pc’s, laptops, print devices, servers, storage and mobility devices.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS), WAN, LAN, SD-WAN and WLAN hardware would be highly beneficial.
- Project Coordination (PC) and Project Management (PM) skills are useful.
- Familiarity with standard image deployment tools and image deployment methodologies, including but not limited to SCCM, MECM, Tanium, JAMF/Casper and modern managed desktop technologies.
- Familiarity with standard MDM provisioning software such as: SOTI, Microsoft Intune, Workspace One (Formerly AirWatch), Apple Business Essentials (ABE), etc....
- Excellent communication skills required, both written and oral.
- Familiarity and ability to effectively utilize Microsoft 365 CoPilot and associated applications.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud and ServiceNow knowledge would be highly beneficial.
- Strong familiarity with Windows 10 & 11. With Linux, MacOS and IOS experience considered to be beneficial.
- Any experience with automation, development or coding would be a plus. With bash, batch and/or PowerShell scripting considered to be beneficial.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Power Automate would be beneficial.
