JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving sales and revenue growth. You will serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience with our products and services.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Customer Relations:
- Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries outside of normal service calls, providing prompt and professional support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer concerns, resolve complaints efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their experience.
Sales & Business Growth:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication.
- Recommend products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and upsell/cross-sell products.
- Visit customer and sales prospects businesses to build customer base and retain existing customers
Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Prepare sales reports and customer feedback summaries for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and product knowledge.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
College degree or some college preferred but not required
At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Must have good typing, spelling, and writing skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have exceptional listening and problem solving skills
Must have knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to give proper instruction, cooperation, and persuasion to customer
Ability to work with all levels of management
Must possess outstanding customer relationship skills
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
