This mechanic will be responsible for performing services to auto, light truck and heavy-duty vehicles. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire alignments, brake and shock replacement, and other mechanical services
- Maintain and replace tires
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Troubleshoot customer needs and inspect vehicles for additional problems
- Perform general housekeeping in work area
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- General diesel mechanical knowledge
- General passenger automotive knowledge
- Ability to use basic hand tools, tire tools, air wrench and other essential tools
- Driver's License required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 125 pounds
- Frequently bending, squatting and kneeling
