This position performs a variety of duties including dispatching tire service calls and assisting with billing. Office experience is preferred, but we are more than willing to train the right candidate!

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and document importation information.
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units.
- Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system.
- Use the phone or computer to direct crews and other field units to the appropriate sites.
- Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
- Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule.
- Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.
- Additional tasks as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail orientated
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds
- Largely a sedentary role
- Ability to talk ad hear in order to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and co-workers
- Regular use of hands and arms in traditional office environment
