- Guide customers in selecting the right tires based on their needs and preferences
- Answer incoming phone calls and route appropriately
- Provide accurate information to callers
- Advise customers with tire selection and services
- Distribute messages to the appropriate personnel
- Assisting in maintaining files with regards to production orders, invoices, and shipments and aftermarket orders, invoices, and shipments
- Assist with billing and invoices
- Greet visitors and informs appropriate personnel
- Distribution of incoming mail and packages
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support daily operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
- Sales experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
- Ability to read and verify work order information
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
