Pomperaug Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused Marketing Coordinator to join our team!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator:
- Assists in coordinating marketing and community events. Creates a campaign in the CRM for each event. Responsible for creating work orders, event orders, managing RSVP’s, managing guest lists, creating a seating chart when applicable and creating name tags.
- Prepares and updates marketing and sales reports as requested. Enters new prospects into the CRM and research basic demographic data for new and existing prospects.
- Maintains distribution and filing system, including making copies, distributing, and filing documents. Scanning and uploading appropriate documents into the Marketing O-drive and C3linc system for sales.
- Prepare brochure packets and ensure they are available for presentations and for mailing to leads.
- Updates collateral materials, completes monthly inventory and informs Director when supplies are low to determine if there are any changes needed prior to ordering additional materials.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Computer skills and well-advanced skills with software such as Word, Excel Power Point and accurate data entry.
- Excellent writing and typing skills, as well as proofreading skills.
- Must have organizational skills and be attentive to big and small details
- Must exhibit analytical skills.
- Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Experience in retirement industry or hospitality environment, where good communication and customer relation skills are essential.
