- Provide administrative support for hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage data entry for new hires in payroll and onboarding systems (Workbright & Paylocity).
- Monitor and follow up on hire paperwork, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and document completion.
- Coordinate onboarding tasks with hiring managers and new hires.
- Offer guidance and support to new employees, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and assist with HR-related research as needed.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- 2 years of administrative experience in an HR environment.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes, I-9, E-Verify, and background checks.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (ATS, job boards, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Must be based in Central Florida and authorized to work in the US. (E-Verify administered)
- Hybrid role: work remotely and in our Downtown Orlando office.
- Flexibility to cover weekends as needed.
- Part-Time: 20 hours a week.
