Qualifications: Must have cash register, money handling and food preparation experience. Must be able to stand for extended periods and vision must be suitable to read small print on reports. Frequent lifting may occasionally be required to lift in excess of 50 pounds. Requires frequent use of hands / fingers to separate, sort, count currency and coins. Must be able to take directions well and work within a small, enclosed area with others as a team. Required: High School diploma or G.E.D. and pass pre-employment testing

Responsibilities And Duties

- Responsible for counting beginning cash and ending cash and completing paperwork
- Responsible for all paperwork and reports being accurate and legible.
- Must be able to stand long periods of time. Bending and lifting are required
- Responsible for all transactions being entered correctly
- Assist with prep work and specials in deli as needed
- Make sure all food is served properly
- Keep fountain and coffee bar stocked, wipe down counter tops and wipe trash can lids down
- Check bathrooms every hour and keep clean and neat for customers
- Keep the front entry cleaned and clear of stock, keep window clean inside and out
- Face all shelves, cooler doors, work all back stock, clean cooler doors, map floors and dust shelves
- Clean walls in truckers lounge including shower walls and floors
- Stock walk-in cooler, beer cooler, lids, condiments, napkins, and boxes, as needed or at end of shift
- Follow daily duties and procedure list provided
- Must maintain an Oklahoma ABLE (alcohol) License and food handlers
- Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one
- Be courteous and professional at all times to co-workers, customers, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty
- Must wear name tags at all times while on duty or conducting company business
- Responsible for monitoring, stocking, and cleaning all areas.
- Any duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor or Operations Manager
