Looking for a seasoned couple interested in managing our small 9-unit motel.
Location: Pond Creek, OK (approx. 30 min north of Enid)
Job Requirements / Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Customer service skills
- Available to be on-site
- Basic maintenance, experience a plus
- Cash receivable / Bank deposits
- Housekeeping / Laundry
- Daily reporting / Inventory
- Computer skills / Email / Spreadsheets
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have integrity / honesty
- Must be responsible & have excellent communication skills
