As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Inspector to ensure our guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.
Summary :
Under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Inspector will coordinate the efforts of the housekeeping team to ensure that all guestrooms are clean and exceed service standards. As the Housekeeping Inspector, this position will monitor and manage a smooth daily operation in the Housekeeping department.
Compensation : $20.00-$22.50 hourly DOE
Schedule :
- Weekends Holidays are a must
- Hours / Days vary by hotel needs

Operational
Inspect all guest rooms before check-in to ensure the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.Oversee the cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and accident prevention protocols.Act as the final quality check before guests arrive, ensuring every detail is perfect.Take immediate action and follow up on all guest requests to ensure completion.Maintain clear and consistent communication with Guest Services.Conduct rated room inspections as needed and submit reports to the supervisor.Support housekeeping associates with cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and other tasks to improve efficiency and cleanliness.Assist in training new associates through shadowing and hands-on instruction.Perform closing duties and ensure all assigned tasks are completed before the end of the shift.Administrative and Clerical
Monitor and inspect scheduled deep-cleaning rotations, including floor care and mattress cleaning.Track out-of-order, discrepant, and show rooms, reporting concerns to the supervisor.Communicate maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas to the appropriate department, entering work orders into the system.Ensure all lost and found items are promptly reported according to company policy.Uphold professional standards and set an example for all associates.Ensure guest safety by following hotel key procedures and verifying all rooms are secure upon exit.Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in organizing supplies and monitoring linen inventory.Report any guest or associate concerns to the Hotel Supervisor or Hotel Manager.Consult with management before making key decisions outside the scope of daily responsibilities.Perform any additional duties as requested by management.Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping inspection experience in a Four Diamond hotel.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under time constraints.Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Must be available to work weekends and holidays.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Familiarity with cleaning products and adherence to safety protocols.Company Standards :

Salary : $20 - $23
