About The Role
In this dynamic role, you will blend your creativity with technical expertise, combining design, sales, and project management. You’ll work closely with clients to create outdoor spaces that align with their goals, manage projects from concept through construction, and collaborate with our talented team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative outdoor spaces that align with client goals, budgets, and aesthetics.
- Develop design packages to visually communicate your ideas to clients.
- Estimate project costs and create detailed client proposals.
- Transition projects smoothly from design and sales to the construction phase.
- Oversee construction in the field to ensure the final installation meets design intent.
- Support the sales team and division managers with graphics, production, and coordination.

Core Capabilities
- Strong graphic skills (hand-drawn and digital) to effectively convey designs and direct installation crews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals while maintaining a client-focused approach.
- Field experience to assess site conditions, develop base plans, and oversee construction layouts.
- A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality.
- A collaborative spirit to work toward company-wide goals.
Qualifications
- A degree in landscape architecture or design with 5 years of industry experience, preferably in a design-build environment.
- 3 years of sales experience, with proficiency in CRM and estimating software (LMN experience a plus).
- Proficiency in CAD or landscape design software (AutoCAD preferred), with strong graphic skills in Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Experience with planting, hardscaping, irrigation, and lighting design and estimating.
- Knowledge of local regulations and environmental permitting is preferred.
- A valid Driver’s License.
