**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The Manager in Training will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to meet sales goals
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Maintain inventory levels and merchandise displays
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong team management and supervisory skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and achieving sales targets
