Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise hotel/resort operations per schedule and standards
- Set the example for the team in proper execution of all tasks as it relates to guest care and comfort
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members
- Ensure the completion of daily operations that ensure the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the hotel/resort
