POSITION OVERVIEW The Team Supervisor at Pooch Hotel oversees the day-to-day operations, leading their shift team to deliver exceptional experiences for furry guests and their pet parents. This includes managing and coaching the team to maintain quality and cleanliness standards, adherence to policies, and delivery of guest care including playgroup management, meals, and services execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise hotel/resort operations according to schedule and standards
- Set the example for the team in executing tasks related to guest care and comfort
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff
- Ensure daily operations guarantee safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the hotel/resort
- Work front reception desk when needed, handling check-ins/check-outs, pet registrations, customer inquiries from Pet Parents
