Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
Our company is currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will play an integral role in day-to-day operations that require flexibility, organizational skills, is energetic and can maintain a positive attitude. Other skills include the ability to follow instruction, set appointments and relate to vendors and customers as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Calendar/Appointment Management & Confirmations
- Answer phones and take leads
- Note taking for daily tasks and meetings
- Pick Up business related documents when necessary
- Greet Customers
- Assists with time and daily management
- Help implement policies and procedures throughout the company when needed.
- Data Entry
- Organizing, Completing & Sending Customer Paperwork
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have good follow up procedure
- Maintain office supplies & areas
Qualifications and Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- QuickBooks software skills
- Computer office skills including Google Drive and Excel
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to multi-task
- Be a team player
- Construction knowledge - preferred but not required
- Clean Background Check
- Must have phone, Valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation
- Bilingual - English & Spanish - preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
