Customer Service Representative- Pool Centurion
Location: 6455 Airport Road North, Naples, FL 34109
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Naples, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the branch location is providing exceptional customer service and attending to the daily tasks needed at the branch location as well as:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner; handle multiple phone lines effectively and professionally.
- Operate a computer and maintain standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine/printer, fax machine, etc.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer issues and of calls received
- Effectively document equipment or service problems, communicate with appropriate staff regarding the problem or issue in order to expedite correction or adjustment and enter information in system; follow up to ensure resolution
- Build a strong relationship with the customers to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain the general office filing system (paper and/or electronic)
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
You should have:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the branch location is providing exceptional customer service and attending to the daily tasks needed at the branch location as well as
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years minimum experience in a client/customer-facing position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bi-lingual – Spanish / English required
- Demonstrated organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
