What we require for Pool Service Technicians

• Valid driver’s license
• Full background check, including driving record
• Drug Test
• Motivated attitude, willing to learn
• Computer and smartphone literate

Job Outline for a Pool Service Technician

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Able to carry all necessary items to and from pool
• Willing to work with hazardous chemicals and take necessary precautions
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills, written and spoken (English)
• Must be tolerant of dogs

Tasks for a Pool Service Technician

• Obtain water readings and report electronically
• Adjust water chemistry from given instructions
• Inspect all equipment and identify irregularities
• Identify need for backwash or filter cleaning
• Brush walls and floors of pool and spa; Net and remove all unwanted objects from pool and spa
• Use our custom iPhone app to communicate all services performed and special notes
• Perform basic mechanical skills (i.e. use screwdrivers, disassemble pool cleaners, etc.)
• Ensure each property is left as you found it, except for a clean pool (no debris left, all gates closed and locked, etc.)
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
• Always respect the customer and their property
