Terms: Full time, year-round
April, 1st - October, 31st: Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pm (45 hours/week)
November, 1st -March, 30th: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 10am-5pm, Wed 7:30am-4pm (36 hours/week)
Pay: Hourly, $22-$25 per hour with overtime after 40 hours weekly
Job Description:
Receiving and unloading trucks, checking in inventory, diagnosing and fixing pool cleaners, mowing the lawn, keeping the grounds clean and maintained, servicing the front sign, organizing, and cleaning all buildings and pools, and pulling all necessary parts or tools for technicians for the next business day.
Job Responsibilities:
· The grounds are well kept
· Cleaners are repaired
· Filters are cleaned
· Equipment is serviced
· Trucks are unloaded and received
· Inventory is checked in
· Warehouses are organized
· Placing orders to keep stock
Candidate Requirements:
· Very capable with computers
· General knowledge of excel
· Organizational skills
· Neat and tidy
· Dependable and timely
· Self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
