Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the demolition and removal of existing pool structures as required
- Conduct installation and renovation tasks, including tile work, coping, electric, plumbing, plaster prep, and other finishes
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency
- Load and unload materials and equipment, safely transporting them to job sites as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow on-site
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks
- Be proactive in learning new skills and asking questions to enhance your understanding of the renovation process
- Previous experience in construction or labor work is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean history and have reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Team player attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others
