Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the renovation process, including supply chain delays or customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
