PoolPro Inc. is looking a Pool & Spa Maintenance Technician to Join our Team

When hired, you would be responsible for :

  • Managing an assigned daily route that includes the maintenance and chemical balancing of swimming pools and hot tubs.
  • Digitally Recording and completing assigned daily route via mobile app (monthly cell phone stipend)
  • Managing the stocking of chemicals and any pool / hot tub related equipment assigned to your fleet vehicle for daily use.
  • The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.
  • Managing the upkeep of your assigned fleet vehicles’ maintenance (Les Schwab, Jiffy Lube, & Brown Bear CarWash Accounts)

  • Enjoys physical Work and Movement (can lift up to 50lb)

  • Someone Who will take pride in providing our customers excellent service as well as maintaining their pools and spas to a high standard

    • Job Type : Full-time seasonal Over Time / Part-time / Employee's Choice

    Pay : $24.00 an Hour to Start

    Schedule :

    Peak Season (Mid April - Mid September)

  • Day shift - Starts at 7 : 00 am
  • Monday to Friday - Occasional weekend hours offered, but never required
  • Overtime always available during our peak season

    • Off Season (Mid September - Mid April)

  • Day shift - Starts at 7 : 30 after Autumnal Time Change
  • Monday to Friday

    • Minimum Job Requirements :

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record for Company Insurance Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A working interview will be required, prior to hire

    • Benefits :

  • Wage : $24.00 to Start, Automatic Raise after initial 2-4 week of paid training
  • 40 hours PTO after 1st Year at Full Time
  • Sick Leave Pay, in Accordance with WA State guidelines
  • Fully Paid Premium for Medical and Dental, after 90 Days of Full-time employment (UHC & Colonial)
  • Simple IRA 3% match, after 1st full year
  • Paid Certification Course to obtain Pool Operators License
