Customer Experience Advisor

Poolsure, an Aquasol Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Houston, TX.  

Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Advisor is a strategic, customer-focused professional responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to Poolsure’s clients across all lines of business. This role combines relationship management, problem-solving, data analytics, technical understanding and cross-department collaboration to deliver an exceptional and proactive customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong, long-term customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for service needs.
• Proactively resolve complex or escalated issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Leverage customer data and KPIs to identify trends, improve service delivery, and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee customer-facing projects, managing timelines, communication, and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities and educate customers on new or upgraded services to support account growth.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality support across communication channels using CRM tools and product expertise.
• Contribute to ongoing service improvements through feedback analysis, process automation, and training.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple customer accounts, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, project management tools, Google Suite, and analytics/reporting software.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, customer service, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in customer service, account management, technical support, or related roles.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
