As An Entry Level Client Support Agent You Will Be:
- Assisting customers in person with a friendly, approachable demeanor to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer retention
- Building value to our clients services by educating their customers on auto glass options, repairs and replacements
- Comparing and optimizing solutions to meet customer’s needs and documenting all auto glass damage in sales order to prepare report for the insurance claim
- Keeping in contact with customers over the phone to confirm transactions are completed and installation dates are set
- Training with the upper management team on a daily basis to ensure knowledge of client’s promotions, products, sales, and structure is updated and retained
- Collaborating as a team with fellow Client Support, Sales, and Leadership members to exceed client’s projected goals
- Possess strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess potential challenges and be solution oriented
- An exceptional student mentality and desire to enhance a customer’s experience
- Highly motivated and works well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to build a strong rapport with clients and consumers in a compassionate, empathetic, and positive manner
- Prior experience as Customer Service Representative or Client Support Representative is a bonus
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- US Work Authorization
- Hours of Operation for this position are 9:00am - 6:00pm
