The ideal candidate will assist with general office work and ensure smooth communication between customers, locksmiths, and technicians. You will dispatch customer information, update call logs, and help with administrative duties during downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Dispatch customer information to locksmiths and technicians.
- Update call logs during downtime.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Experience with general computer programs.
- Excellent spelling skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
