Position Overview: Barista/Food Runner/Cashier
We are seeking a hands-on team member for our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, team-focused, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about our menu and making recommendations.
- Order Management: Accurately take and process orders using the POS system, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience.
- Product Presentation: Scoop ice cream and serve pie slices, ensuring portions are consistent and visually appealing.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces, serving counters, and equipment.
- Food Preparation Support: Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all products meet our quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment.
- Community Engagement: Help foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages community connections and repeat visits.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of food service experience
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable and calm under pressure.
