Pop! Promos is looking to add a Client Success Coordinator to our growing team. As a Client Success Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact during the sales order process for our amazing clients, ensuring seamless order execution through CRM-driven communication. This role will report to the Director of Customer Success and will work cross-departmentally to optimize workflows and exceed client expectations by delivering on our brand promise of “We Get It Right. Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and execute client orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on time production timeline and delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and track order progress using the Sugar CRM system
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Pops! product line and production process to better assist clients and address their needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support needs via e-mail or phone
- Respond to client questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Work closely with Account Executives and Directors of National Accounts to ensure clear order processing communication
- Work closely with client success team members to establish clear order processing accountabilities
- Collaborate with internal departments (ie Creative Services, Production Art, Production and Shipping Teams) to resolve client issues and deliver solutions
- Identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities to improve order processing and client support and collaborate with the Director of Client Success to implement change.
- Analyze internal workflows and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy
- A Bachelors’ degree from an accredited College/University or equivalent work experience
- 2 years experience in a B2B client success, customer service or similar role
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cross-departmentally with other teams and various team members
- Client-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Experience with process automation tools and techniques is a plus
- Self starter able to work independently to solve problems
- Proficient in CRM Systems and Google Suite
