- Base Salary: $100 - 175k a year

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A JUNIOR ASSOCIATE:
- Assist Partners and Senior Associates with managing a caseload of complex legal matters and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Handle cases from inception through trial
- Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in Nevada
- Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources
- Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Nevada Bar
- At least 1 year of experience in personal injury litigation. Experience in sexual abuse, medical malpractice, elder abuse, or related areas of plaintiff's litigation preferred
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing high-volume caseload and meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
