Client Engagement/Sales Representative Position
The purpose of the Client Engagement Team Member is to assist with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building relationships, providing a positive experience and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale.
The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing excellent customer service to current members, boutique sells and maintaining a clean studio.
Responsibilities
o Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
o Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s goals and needs.
o Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
o Present available services to current or prospective members.
o Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
o Participate in special studio events.
o Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
o Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
o Light cleaning of the retail are, studio, and restrooms.
o Other duties assigned by the manager and/or the owner.
Requirements
o Proficient sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
o Warm welcoming and engaging personality.
o Ability to build strong customer relationships.
o Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
o Self-motivated and takes initiative.
o Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
o Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
o Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
o Must have proficient computer skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
