Job Title: Senior Business Growth Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Pop-Up Talent. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth, identifying high-impact business opportunities, and positioning AMS as the premier partner for precision solutions in aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.
About You:
- You have at least 5 years' experience in Sales or Business Development with a solid foundation in the role required.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce or similar relational database required.
- You have demonstrated experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems required.
- You possess strong oral communication skills with the ability to present and develop rapport with audience while explaining complex concepts and processes required.
- You have strong technical writing skills with the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a manner that appeals to wide audiences required.
- You have strong interpersonal skills with resiliency to find the answers required.
- Prior experience in motor design and the manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on the space sector, is highly preferred.
- Progressive business development experience in manufacturing, gearbox sales, component sales, or similar industry is a plus.
- An engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (particularly Siteline) is a plus.
Working Hours and Company Benefits:
