Senior Manufacturing Automation Specialist

You will be responsible for:

• Plannning, managing, and completing projects that involve motion control, programming, electrical schematic design, and documentation
• Taking the initiative to identify new process improvement opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to find solutions independently after the initial shadowing process, and managing tasks with minimal supervision
• Maintaining a clean, organized work environment and consistently going above and beyond to ensure efficiency

Key qualifications include:

• At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing & automation experience position or similar role required
• Experience with electrical circuits, PLC programming, motion control, statistical analysis required
• Proficiency with programming in ladder logic and structured text preferred
• Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics required
